Brazilian Embroidery

Sooo needing a digital camera! I finished my first Brazilian project. It's a nine-patch looking flower sampler in cantaloupe, variegated pinks and moss. And Barbie has a new tutu: the 2006 edition dance camp tutu, Paquita. Last summer was The Firebird (and Swan Lake as an alternate, same pattern, different color feathers.)

Knitting for Barbie

Barbie is my favorite person for whom to knit. She never asks for anything specific, so I can choose what I like. And she's never in a hurry for me to finish. She has occasion to wear even the wildest fashions and can pull off just about any look. She never gains or loses weight or outgrows any of her clothes. She is too cool.
